Insurance & Payment
Most insurance companies cover one-to-one nutrition counseling. Additional services I offer, like email support, are not covered by insurance. Session packages that include email support may still be booked by clients wishing to use insurance, and benefits will be applied to the one-to-one session portion of the package.
Steady Nutrition Consulting is currently in-network with Cigna. I am considered out-of-network with all other insurance plans.
Using your insurance benefits
Please note that full payment or confirmation of insurance coverage for nutrition counseling services must be submitted 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Upon booking your first session, you will be asked to contact your insurance company and obtain information about your specific nutrition counseling benefits. A superbill will be provided upon request for insurance companies I am not in-network with so that you may submit a claim for reimbursement. Kindly give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. I can't wait to meet with you!
